Hey guys, I don’t really have a whole lot of time to talk right now but I thought I’d give you guys a quick update on the progress of some of my works. The song I was working on: same place I was at the last journal. Poetry: same place. Movies: pretty much the same place. So to be fair, I’ll tell you guys a little more about what I have in store for some of these works. As far as what’s to come, I’ll hint you guys to some of the scripts I’m working on. Without saying too much, I’m working on a Jekyll/Hyde concept that I would absolutely love to shoot on campus and I’m also developing a plotline for a film based on an urban legend of a secret society within Florida State University. I’ve also got plans for a couple romance flicks down the line, but if I can get enough money for some small time special effects, I’d love to shoot a zombie movie on campus. I’ve scouted around and I’ve found some great spots to start shooting. That’s about all I can tell y’all right now, can’t have any of you guys stealing any of my ideas!

Oh and I also wanted to tell you guys that I am really trying hard to get to your emails, but I’ve just been so busy lately, in fact I’m pushing it as far as trying to get to class as it is. But I’ll get back to you as soon as I can. OH! I completely forgot, I’m trying something new, if you take a look at my profile I DID put something new up! I added an artistic photo that I took of my friend recently at a park. It’s a tad bit amateurish, but for a novice photographer like myself, it’s still something to be proud of. Now I really do have to go. Thank you guys for always being so loyal and for those of you that joined a little while, I do still hope that you can see how much I love using DeviantArt as a means of expressing myself, and I’d love to see you guys growing to do the same.

Howdy everybody, how’re y’all doing? For all you people visiting the page for the first time, welcome! For those of you loyal followers of mine, thanks for again proving to be the coolest and most faithful fans I could ever ask for! College is going great so far, it’s like one big vacation…minus all the homework. I still can’t believe I get to live like this for the next four years though! For those of you who aren’t yet in college, never got the chance, or are just creepy enough to want to follow all the aspects of my life, I will do my best to continue to fill you in via my regularly updated journals so that you all might vicariously live through my college experience.

As far as anything new goes, I figure I can just really give you guys a glimpse of what my schedule’s like. I start out my week with a basic English class, which is actually one of the best classes on my schedule. The professor’s really cool and I’m learning so much more about writing than I was in my high school classes. It’s completely changing my perspective on formal writing, and I’m so much better off for it! I’m also taking a Macroeconomics class with 500 STUDENTS! At first I thought it would be as productive as watching a lecture on YouTube, but the professor does an excellent job to keep all the students entertained and makes the information easy to swallow. Then I’ve got my film class, where I’ve got three pretty awesome professors that can really understand me! Finally, I’m with my kind of people, people who truly appreciate all the aspects of film like I do. In addition to that, I’m taking a course on the human brain that makes watching paint dry look like a bigger blockbuster hit than the Star Wars flicks, Indiana Jones, and Titanic put together. Lastly, though, I’m taking a course on ancient Greek and medieval history, taught by the most unique professor I’ve ever had. Unafraid to speak her mind and always having the success of her students at the top of her priorities, I can tell I’m going to have an awesome time in her class for the entire semester.

I digress, though, you all are probably falling asleep on your keyboards at this point, just waiting for me open up on some of the wonderfully fantastic ideas I’ve been working on. I’ve got some upsetting news for you all though: I haven’t exactly made much progress…Don’t be mad! You guys have to be a little understanding, in college we do this really weird thing called “work”, which apparently must be some new method of corporal punishment that professors are able to utilize via loopholes in the corporal punishment laws. Regardless, I’ve still been able to put a bit of effort into my art. Although I still can’t reveal too much, I thought I’d give you guys a little bit of a heads up on the song and the scripts. The song, as I said before, is a rap, and it’s going to deal doing your part as an individual to fight for what’s right in this country rather than just follow the rest of the “sheeple” out there. While the rap is going, I would love to have Bob Marley’s “Get Up, Stand Up” playing in the background. In addition to that, I’ve also got more or less 6 different films in the works. Some of them are going to have to wait till I’m an established filmmaker to produce, but I’d love to start making the others before the year ends, preferably. That’s all for now folks, but stay tuned to my journals, there’s a lot more where this came from, and it only gets better from here.

Hey again guys, I’ve got a lot to tell you! Since it’s the start of a brand new chapter in the book that is my life, I should probably take this opportunity to welcome any new followers and give them some info about me and my work. My name is Steven Tiufekchiev, though you can call me Steve or Steve-o. As you can already tell, DeviantArt is my way of expressing who I am and sharing all that I do with the rest of the world. As far as you know, I am simply a picture and a profile. How can I blame you? You all have no other way of knowing me beyond this representation, this “avatar”, of myself, so how can I expect any different?

The purpose for all this is pretty clear, if you haven’t already grasped this on your own. Through the use of DeviantArt and my avatar, I can put up any of my artistic works, be it literary, musical, or otherwise, and you all will be able to view it at any time. You all have the ability to build a digital new-age friendship of sorts with me through your avatars as well in how you can all comment and critique my work, send me feedback, or just leave me messages on my profile. I appreciate any word I get from my fans, and, as far as I’m concerned, my fans are as dear to me as friends, so I see them as such.

In addition to having the ability to post my artwork, I can constantly keep you all posted on the goings-on of my life and let you all into the fantastical world in my head that is my imagination. For a while now, y’all are going to be hearing a lot from me about my new life in Tally, and I’ll always be putting up info on my latest W.I.P.s (works in progress, for all you newbies). Now without revealing too much, I thought I’d let you guys in on a little bit of what’s to come: currently I’m working on a few plotlines for films, which I’m incredibly proud of. I’m also working on a song, and get this: it’s a rap song! I know, weird for me, right? Other than that, I may work on a few poems here and there, but I need to devote a lot of my time to college now, so if you don’t hear from me, I’m probably doing something productive! So until you hear from me next, thanks for stopping by and I wish you the best in exploring and getting acquainted with the phenomenon that is DeviantArt.com.

"At home." That's the best way I can describe finally being up here at Florida State University. I'm so thoroughly excited to finally be here and, dare I say, so proud to be a Seminole! The campus is gorgeous, the people are great, and the classes are not only fun, but enjoyable! This is a whole new world compared to high school, and I’m loving every minute of it.

All my friends are up here and the professors are all incredibly helpful, so I really have no reason to feel overwhelmed while I’m up here. The workload isn’t that bad either, so I should still be able to work on my poetry, films, songs, and other art pieces like I normally would. I’m doing a lot of stuff for college right now and don’t really have time to fill you all in on all the details, but rest assured, the wheels haven’t stopped turning and the ideas just keep coming and coming! In the mean time, stay classy and expect some updates from me soon.

I'm Back

Hey everybody, or at least the one or two of you that actually look at my profile every once in a while. I've decided that I really don't have anything on my DeviantArt page, so I've got to fill it up a bit. Currently I'm at work on another poem, but, like my first, it took quite a long time to make. I seem to get surges of inspiration once in a blue moon, and inspiration struck me when I happened to be a little down, so it's not the nicest poem I've written, but I've gotta finish it nonetheless. I've got some other ideas in the works, too, and I'm always open to suggestions. Stay classy everybody.
